Our programs focus on education, entrepreneurship, mentoring and leadership development. AHSRAT Co. is short for A Higher Standard Revolving Around Training & Coaching others. Our nonprofit organization facilitates and administers entrepreneurial developmental activities to at-risk youth and adults in the community in which we serve.
AHSRAT Co. provides ongoing learning approaches in educating at-risk youth and adults. Our projects incorporate entrepreneurial innovation learning, hands-on learning experience and real life challenges through our uniquely designed learning Modules.
Our instructional curriculum is designed around the following focus areas of: math, science, technology, engineering and the arts under the guise of entrepreneurship providing program participants with knowledge to take their learning to real life experiences. Our projects are geared towards preparing at-risk youth and young adults for practical, real-world business experiences, and we pair them with mentors in the STEM field as well as corporate executives and business owners. Our goal is to prepare our program participants for work readiness and provide valuable information and resources to them in order for them to become effective leaders of positive change in society by breaking cycles of defeat.
